【崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities】 負(fù)責(zé)海外業(yè)務(wù)拓展，建立和維護(hù)與客戶(hù)的良好合作關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。 Develop overseas business and establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. 1、負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)目標(biāo)的制定及海外銷(xiāo)售小組的日常管理； Formulate sales task objectives and manage the daily operations of the overseas sales team. 2、負(fù)責(zé)電機(jī)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)渠道開(kāi)拓與銷(xiāo)售工作，執(zhí)行并完成公司產(chǎn)品年度銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃； Develop market channels and sales work for motor products, and implement and complete the company's annual product sales plan. 3、分析行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，制定海外市場(chǎng)渠道、推廣和銷(xiāo)售策略，達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)； Analyze industry development trends, formulate overseas market channels, promotion and sales strategies, and achieve sales goals. 4、制定新客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃，充分運(yùn)用各類(lèi)渠道和開(kāi)發(fā)措施，開(kāi)拓有效的目標(biāo)客戶(hù)； Formulate new customer development plans, make full use of various channels and development measures to develop effective target customers. 5、維護(hù)老客戶(hù)關(guān)系，協(xié)助處理客戶(hù)投訴，挖掘客戶(hù)潛在需求，積極促成新項(xiàng)目合作； Maintain old customer relationships, assist in handling customer complaints, dig out potential customer needs, and actively promote new project cooperation. 6、協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中相關(guān)部門(mén)的工作，推動(dòng)客戶(hù)項(xiàng)目順利開(kāi)展； Coordinate the work of relevant departments during the project to promote the smooth development of the customer project. 7、督促合同的正常如期履行，并確保貨款的及時(shí)回收； Supervise the normal and timely performance of the contract and ensure the timely recovery of the payment. 8、負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)人才培養(yǎng)，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)能力； Cultivate sales team talents and improve team capabilities.
